Who can the owner of this pickup be? They make driving so dangerous on our roads. You dare follow any of these "mobile devils" and you are on your way to the hospital through an accident. They have no brake lights to warn you of their intended actions.So isn't it a shame that we allow all this nonsense to continue to be on our roads. DVLA and Ghana Police stop these corrupt practices and act wisely.
